Canon Registers Over Two Thousand Patents in 2009

Canon has just wrapped up what they’re calling a “Decade of Innovation” and it’s easy to see why.  In the year of 2009 alone they were granted 2,204 new patents for products and devices that they’d developed.  This makes the tenth consecutive year that Canon has been in the top five corporate patent recipients.
