The trend which started a few years
back continues – smartphones are taking the place of
point-and-shoot cameras. The picture quality may not be totally up
to snuff, but the convenience and simplicity of editing uploading
photos without a computer is hard to beat. And of course, you can
play games and make phone calls with the smartphone too.
Polaroid showed off its solution at CES
- a camera that packs the Android operating system – and it seems
they’re not the only ones who thought of it. Reports reveal that
Panasonic and Samsung both have something in the works.
Nothing is set in stone for either
company at this point. Both say that the Android camera is something
they’ll be working with, but not necessarily the way they’ll go.
