Google Cloud Comes to Select Canon Printers

March 30th, 2012

GoogleCanonCloudPrintStuffYeah!.jpgThe Canon Pixma MG8220 and MG6220 just
got a little better for those that turn to Google for email and
document storage. As of today, both printers are compatible with
Google Cloud Print.

Cloud Print is a very cool feature if
you’re in a position to take advantage of it. It allows you to
print from your Gmail account, Google Docs, from your phone or even
from the Chrome internet browser to your home printer no matter where
you are.

It’s a really nice setup, especially
if you’ve ever had to rush home because you forgot to print
something for work or school. Now you can have it printing on your
drive back and cut down that panic time a little.

Pixma MX892 owners don’t have to feel left
out for too long – the all-in-one inkjet is slated to receive the
update in May.
